He is responsible for key client relationships and overall management of The Omerta Group globally.
Jason has completed a considerable amount of business across the globe for his clients, including significant team moves and investment opportunities. His clients include prominent Sovereign Wealth Funds, Global Investment Banks, Global Asset Management firms, Hedge Funds, Commodity Trading Houses, Family Offices & Private Equity firms.
Prior to his career in Executive Search he worked in Investment Banking, as a Fixed Income Trader.

He has been in Executive Search since 1999 and has both an extensive track record and client network across the investment bank, hedge fund, brokerage, family office and independent exchange sectors.
With oversight for Fixed Income, Equities, Foreign Exchange and Emerging Markets, he has an extensive placement track record across a wide variety of sectors including sales, trading, structuring, capital raising, research & analytics.
Prior to establishing The Omerta Group in 2002, Mike worked at two leading European Executive Search firms.

Nina previously ran the New York practice and prior to this, built and managed The Omerta Group’s Asia business across Hong Kong and Singapore.
Since joining the firm in 2003, Nina has been involved in Senior level placements across Investing, Structuring, Sales and Trading, Research, Origination and Financing. Nina has partnered with Asset Managers, Institutional Hedge Funds, Investment Banks and Trading Houses across Europe, US and Asia Pacific.
Nina read History & German at King’s College, London. She is also an active member of 100 Women in Finance.
This includes oversight of our investment banking and private side financing and capital markets businesses, as well as our private equity, hedge fund and sovereign wealth fund practice.
Day-to-day Chris has two major areas of focus: advising our hedge fund and private equity clients across global credit and private investing. In this capacity, Chris has conducted numerous mid and senior level assignments placing predominantly investment professionals specialising in corporate distressed, non-performing loans and opportunistic real estate, mezzanine debt investments, specialty and direct lending, public credit and leveraged loans.
In addition, Chris also advises our banking clients across investment grade and sub-investment grade debt capital markets, structured and leveraged finance and restructuring. On the sell-side, Chris has completed a wide range of senior searches in leveraged finance, investment grade syndicate and debt capital markets origination across a wide range of issuers and geographies, securitisation, capital structuring, liability management and derivatives marketing.
With 15 years’ experience of senior level recruiting, Chris’s extensive network and deep understanding of the competitive landscape in Europe has allowed him to complete complex assignments in competitive markets, while establishing Omerta as an increasingly respected firm in the market.
Chris joined The Omerta Group in 2010 having previously worked at Stonehaven and Heidrick & Struggles as a Partner in their respective banking and capital markets practices in London.
